really nice wallpaper shot, but the resolution is a little funny... 2560x1600 would be the standard as far as I know.

maybe for a normal monitor, but it is set to the correct size and ratio for widescreen monitors (1280x800, 1440x900 etc), which is the category it's under =) and thanks :D

No, it's not (exactly). I was refering to the WQXGA resolution of 2560x1600, your submission here though has 2558x1599. It's these 2 and 1 pixel difference from the standard which I found to be a little odd =)

it's cause no one will ever actually be using it in a resolution that's 2560x1600 (i figure), and the ratio is exactly the same at 2558x1599 as 2560x1600 so it doesn't make a difference. It's actually quite surprising that the full image was so close to a specific size because i generally only look at the ratio and make sure it's correct after i crop my photos =)

whaaat, you're crazy :P, at least there is a part in focus lol the thing that gets me the most mad is deviations with 100 faves and the photo doesn't have a single thing in focus x.x

True. This definitely DOES have focus, I just approached it expecting a different part to be in focus, and then was shocked that I was wrong. :D

i recropped it a little, should be a bit easier to find it now =) let me know what you think.

and i know..it must be weird seeing photos without any drops from me! that's probably what you were looking for :P

...maybe. :D

I found the focus a lot easier, but that may be just because I knew where it was. Try asking someone new. :P
